It is very cold everyday：( I can't get up early recently.
By the way, do you know Maslow? He is very famous for advocating A Theory of Human Motivation. You may heard this [欲求階層説]. We have been taught that it consist of 5rank. But it develops that there may exist 6th rank. The 6th rank is "Community Development need" and finally it become ethical and altruistic. "Community Development need" means that they want the community they join to develop more high levels. From 1st rank to 5th rank are egoistic but 6th rank is altruistic.
